As leaders we must become effective observers of change. Consider these questions.
How long would you have guessed YouTube has been around?
Did you foresee how much change it would drive?
How have you leveraged YouTube for your learning and growth?
How can you use YouTube to make a difference in your organization?
A Final Note
The questions above are useful by themselves, but the pattern underneath the questions is even more important, because this post isn’t really about YouTube.
You can take any change and ask reflective questions, current situation questions, and projected into the future questions.
