A couple of months ago I created a special webinar for a special audience. The webinar talked about the power of 360 assessments. This part isn’t anything new; any provider of 360 assessments (including us) will extol the virtues of this tool, and they are many.
In fact, I would say a leader who is serious about improving their skills needs to put this tool in their toolkit. (I’m doing one myself later this year.)
