Two members of The Kevin Eikenberry Group team have blogs, and I want to let you know about them.
Actually, I really want to encourage you to read them regularly!
Guy Harris, Master Trainer and Coach on my team and co-author of our forthcoming book, From Bud to Boss: The Secrets of a Successful Transition to Remarkable Leadership (Feb 2011), writes a wonderful blog called The Recovering Engineer. You will find great insights on behavioral styles, conflict resolution, leadership and more. (You also will find lots of updates and content related to our book in the months to come.)
Angie Thompson is our Director of Remarkable Operations, and she decided to start blogging about a month ago. Her blog is a project called The Kind Year, where she plans to chronicle insights from a conscious act of kindness each day for a year. As of this writing she is “behind” her goal of writing a post for each day, but that is her goal. (I’ve challenged her with a bet that she catches up with one a day for the full year). Regardless of how often she posts, the project is inspired and the posts are inspiring. I recommend it highly.
