I’ve been thinking about this blog post for a couple of days.  It seems that everytime I turn around this message comes to me in a new way.  The last straw was last night, when my soon-t0-be-twelve year old daughter hit the nail on the head.

The messages is in this video . . .

Now that you have watched it (you did, right?) now it is time to take action.  Think about the next communication message you must craft or share, and ask yourself . . .

How can I make my message clearer, more concise and more effective?

Then take those actions and make those changes before you communicate!

Great advice! Clear communication is key to all relationships. In business, it’s the backbone of success. As this article points out (http://www.upyourservice.com/learning-library/customer-service-improvement/what-is-rons-website-really-for), clear communication between a business and its customers can pave the road to a healthy future.
